Baptism is a celebration of the decision you have made to follow Christ and commit your life to God. It’s actually an ancient symbolic ceremony where followers of Christ publicly express their salvation by being baptized (immersed in water), showing that they are participating in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ by burying their old nature and being raised into a new life.
