God loves you and desires a personal, on-going relationship with you. God created us for personal relationship with Him, but the first humans defied God by willfully abusing the trust He placed in them, thus bringing sin into the world. Sin eternally alienates us from our Holy Father. The only Hope for reconciliation with God is by making restitution with a sinless sacrifice. Since God alone is sinless, only He could satisfy this debt.

For this purpose he sent His Son, Jesus Christ, who was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life on earth. He voluntarily paid for our sins by dying on the cross as our substitute. His death provided salvation and restoration with God for all who believe on Him and receive grace by trusting Him alone.

Jesus has made relationship with God the Father simple; so simple is almost child-like.

• Admit the wrongs you’ve done and that you are lost without Christ. Ask Christ to forgive you for your sins. (Romans 3:23)

• Believe that Jesus is the Savior of the world and the only acceptable sacrifice for your sins. (John 3:16)

• Confess Christ as your Savior and commit to a personal, on-going relationship with him. (Romans 10:9)
